How to Take Mountain Alchemy Pine Pollen Elixir Tincture

We recommend taking Mountain Alchemy Pine Pollen Elixir Tincture with several ounces of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal results.

Our preferred method of consuming our tinctures is by mixing them with several ounces of water and drinking them in one gulp, always on an empty stomach and at least 30 minutes before a meal. This promotes thorough digestion and rapid absorption.

You can also add this tincture to your hot beverage of choice, such as herbal or green tea. It makes an excellent addition to coffee as well.

Whenever possible, we recommend taking this product on an empty stomach.

To reduce the taste of alcohol in the tincture, measure your desired amount into a heat-safe glass and add several ounces of freshly boiled water. Let the mixture cool down before drinking. The freshly boiled water will help dissipate the alcohol taste in the tincture.

The dosage can be divided by taking two droppersful in the morning and one dropperful in the evening.
