How and When to Take Forest Prana Pine Pollen and Nettle Root Elixir Powder

We recommend mixing extract powders with a few ounces of warm to hot water. Stir until fully dissolved, then drink it all in one go. For best results, take it on an empty stomach—ideally about 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else. This gives your body the best chance to absorb the full range of compounds.

Dosage Guidelines

Take 1,260 mg. (about 1 scoop) once or twice a day. For best results, use it on an empty stomach. You can take the full amount at once or split it—morning and evening both work well.
