Domestic Shipping and Delivery

  • Enjoy free domestic shipping within the US for all retail orders of $49.99 and above, after discounts or promotions have been applied.
  • For orders under $49.99, we offer a flat rate of $8.00.
  • Orders are processed, shipped, and picked up from our warehouse before noon Eastern Standard Time, and we guarantee delivery for all domestic orders.
  • Most orders are shipped within one business day of being placed.

Domestic orders are usually shipped via First-Class Mail® or Priority Mail®. Both of these services offer similar benefits and include tracking. USPS estimates that delivery times for these services are typically 1-3 business days.

Important Information Regarding International Orders

We are proud to serve customers worldwide and have successfully delivered to over 90 countries. While we strive to ensure the secure delivery of your order, please know that international shipments come with inherent unpredictability and risk, which we cannot be held accountable for. Customs delays, unreliable tracking information, and potential customs or import fees (payable by the customer) are some of the factors that may arise. In some cases, the receiving country may even reject the order.

Formatting International Addresses

To ensure prompt delivery, please format your international address as closely as possible to the standards provided by the United States Postal Service (Visit the USPS website for more details). Proper formatting will help reduce the risk of shipping and delivery delays.

USPS Address Formatting Rules

Instructions and Description
  Line 1: Addressee's Full Legal Name Write the recipient's full name, including their given name(s) followed by their family name.  
  Line 2: Street Address or P.O. Box Include the house or building number, street name, and apartment or unit number (if applicable). If the address is a P.O. Box, only include the P.O. Box number.  
  Line 3: City, Province/State, and Postal Code Write the city name in uppercase letters and include the province or state name (if applicable). Also, include the correct postal code. Double-check the Postal Code and City name with the local post office to ensure accuracy.  
  Line 4: Country Write the name of the country in uppercase letters.  
  Line 5: Phone Number (If Possible) Include the recipient's phone number to facilitate communication or address any delivery issues if they arise.

Unreliable Tracking Information or Tracking Information of Dubious Quality

After your package departs from the United States, typically with the last scan at the Jamaica Plains, NY USPS facility, tracking information updates may become difficult. However, this does not mean that your shipment is not progressing toward its destination.

The challenge of obtaining tracking details arises from communication issues among various postal and mail services. Even if it appears that your order is not making progress due to a lack of updates, rest assured that most likely it is only due to communication hiccups and not a stall in your package's journey.

Customs Fees and Duties

Customers may be required to pay additional duties and fees based on the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict whether these charges may occur or the exact amount of these charges if they do.

Import Restrictions

It is important to note that not all products and their ingredients can be imported into every country. Each country has its own specific regulations, and while we would like to, it is not feasible for us to determine which items are allowed or restricted in each country.

In addition, some countries may impose restrictions on the quantity of a single item that can be imported, even for retail customers. For instance, Tongkat Ali Extract is completely prohibited in certain countries, while others allow only a limited number of imports (such as Canada, which permits a maximum of three).

We place the responsibility on our customers to be well-informed about the import limitations set by their respective countries, especially concerning permitted items and quantities. As always, we can only guarantee international delivery until the order leaves the United States. Therefore, we encourage our customers to familiarize themselves with their country's import regulations to prevent any complications or delays.
