The story and origin of RAW Forest Foods are—inseparably—the story and origin of our RAW Pine Pollen™ and Forest Manna RAW Pine Pollen™ Capsules. From the very inception of RAW Forest Foods, RAW Pine Pollen™ has been synonymous with our mission.
Before RAW Forest Foods existed, there was the personal journey of our founder—his quest for healing, health, and recovery from Lyme disease. The first iteration of RAW Pine Pollen™ emerged from his home apothecary, long before RAW Pine Pollen™ and Pine Pollen Tinctures were available commercially.

Using Forest Manna RAW Pine Pollen™ Capsules
Our recommended method for using capsules is to take them with several ounces of water. For optimal absorption, take on an empty stomach—at least 30 minutes before eating and at least 2 hours after eating.*
Dosage Guidelines
As a dietary supplement, adults take 2 capsules once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Dosage may be split into two servings: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.
