The ingredients in this product are good. I researched most of them and I was super excited to start taking it to help with my hot flashes. Unfortunately, I’ve not experienced the positive result of reduced hot flashes I was hoping for. I suspect it’s the chaste berry in the ingredients because I had tried Chaste Berry supplement prior, but my hot flashes got worse. So I was initially hesitant when I saw it in the ingredients. But, the other amazing ingredients won me over to make the purchase, to my disappointment. Nonetheless, I’m still taking it as the rest of the ingredients are beneficial and I don’t want the money spent to go to waste.

We ship most orders (domestic and international) through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and we offer free domestic shipping (within the US) on all retails orders of $49.99 and up—after discounts or promotions. Domestic orders under $49.99 ship for a flat rate of $8.00.
