It's an ok product
Chrysin has been shown to do nothing when taken orally. Also, there is not an effective dose of apignen in there. There should be more DIM in there as well. For the price of the product I am not impressed.

After my first 2 days of taking this, I started breaking out...quite badly, and also started to get a rash on my face, when I stopped taking this, they went away? Also it says to include milk thistle, but this herb is estrogenic? Dissapointed as I was really looking forward to see results

It's definitely early for me to give a review I gained weight rapidly after stopping my birth control pills so I ordered this for weight loss (estrogen detox from my hormonal changes). I like having various supplements in one capsule (instead of taking multiple vitamins and I haven't had any negative side effects so that's a plus.

It gave me my life back and more.
Growing up being an over weight child didnt set me on the right track with health. Through my teens I lost the weight with fad diets and super restrictive eating habits. I always thought something was wrong with me. Even though i was smaller i still had no control over my appetite. I envied other people, and have been puzzled as to why I cannot be like them when it comes to control of my body. Not fat, but on the border of healthy and overweight is where I lingered for so long. Even though my diet was completely revamped and ridiculously healthy, i just couldnt seem to overcome my struggles. I am active, I surf every day sometimes twice a day, go to hot yoga, and I love hiking. However the active lifestyle I lived didnt show on my body as much as it should have. Then, more serious medical problems came into the limelight. Living in Australia as an American has kept me from having tests to properly diagnose my problems, but incredibly painful periods really started to make regular visits. I would inundate my body with strong pain meds, and I was still in bed in agony, screaming, and convulsing with pain. It was horrific, and my partner took me to the hospital once over it. Birth control was their solution, and i wasnt having it. It could be endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, primary dismenhorrea, anything really. I went on an even stricter "endometriosis" diet, no dairy, no gluten, no red meat, no nasty fats, and only healthy oils. I felt a massive difference cutting out the dairy. After this dietary change i didnt lose any weight, and my periods were finally manageable to the point where seven ibuprofens would make the pain bearable. I was still in bed, and feeling horrible for up to two days, sometimes longer. I have lived like this for two years. Recently embarking on 7 months of sailing on a small boat through the South Pacific in stressful situations and bad weather with this ailment i dug deeper into the cause of the potential diagnosis. All of them came down to the same root issue, too much estrogen in my system. The symptoms of estrogen dominance answered all the questions i ever had about myself, appetite control, thinning hair, fat around mid section, puffy hands, mood swings, anxiety, painful periods... etc.. It also is the cause of endometriosis, fibroids, etc. I started looking into Estrogen Dominance, and stumbled onto this page. I seriously did my research and looked into other supplements, but none had the well rounded liver support along with DIM like this one depicted above. It was either 10 grand for surgery, or $150 for an alternative solution of 3 bottles (3 month dose). I chose the latter. The first week of taking this supplement I felt different, but not necessarily better. My breasts were really sore, which is a sign of hormone changes. Had my period a week later, better but still not great. I kept taking them, and in one month I have effortlessly shed 7 kilos (about 14 pounds). For the first time in my life, I have felt like i have control over my body. I get hungry, but I am satisfied after a small meal and dont feel like an animal having to consume everything. I have little to no mood swings, and my partner has said I am a lot happier. I just feel great! I cannot explain the joy and difference it has brought to my life to feel sane and healthy! Im still shedding the weight, and I feel like I am eating the same! Well, the big test was my next period, and it was sooooo much better! I only took 3 pain meds throughout the whole thing (only because i was worried the pains would get worse!), it was a lot shorter, not as heavy, and i had an epic day of surfing during what usually is the first and most painful day of my period. I couldnt believe it. I have my life back! Its not centered around when my period is going to come next, and im not in fear! It made me so happy to feel like im winning in this battle of health my own way and not simply masking the issue with birth control like the doctors recommended. I wish i had found this product a lot sooner in my life, but I am 27 so i feel as if it is not too late. I would highly recommend this for anyone who suffers from endometriosis, or anything similar! I am looking forward to coming back to the states and shopping for a whole new wardrobe!
