The easiest way to take Forest Manna RAW Pine Pollen™ Powder is to mix it into cold or cool water, stir or shake until it’s fully dissolved, then drink. That’s all it takes.

Dosage Guidelines

As a dietary supplement, adults take 900–1,326 mg (approximately 1–2 scoops) once or twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Dosage may be split into two servings: 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop in the evening.

As a general rule, organic certification is limited to ingredients—to foods—that are cultivated. Wildcrafted Pine Pollen is not cultivated. It’s gathered. It’s wild. All of our Pine Pollen is harvested from the same single origin, site-verified remote mountain forest, year after year. In ritual. These are old growth pine forests, with sourcing and harvesting done in accordance with Dàodì tradition. In our humble opinion, this is beyond certification.

How should I take RAW Pine Pollen™ powder?

There are many, many ways to integrate RAW Pine Pollen™ into your daily routine. For us, we simply add it to water. This works best when you add it to something that has a lid or a cap so that you can shake it. Of course, you can add it to a glass of water and stir it in. Absolutely nothing fancy is required: A jar, a reused water bottle. Whatever you have on hand. At RAW Forest Foods, we typically go with one tablespoon per quart of water. It's more than the recommended serving size. But that’s how we do it. Shake it up to dissolve and drink it over the course of a half hour or so—just as you would drink any water.
