Strength Training and Camellia Sinensis Pollen
Strength Training and Camellia Sinensis Pollen
Just to keep you all in the loop about Camellia Sinensis...
I spent Sunday morning at the gym maxing out every muscle group, following the advice of Art De Vany. I usually do not exercise like this (and I'm not recommending it), opting instead for exercises which mimic natural movements, like kettle balls, hiking/trail running, yoga, climbing, and I'm in no way in the type of shape to spend a morning maxing every muscle group.
But I did it, beginning the workout with some barefoot running and a few tablespoons of RAWCamellia Sinensis Pollen and following it up with an equal amount of the powder, and today I woke up with ZERO soreness. At first I was like, did that not happen yesterday? But it did. I lifted much more than I should have, and maxed out every group. But the Pollen pulled me through it, and I'm looking forward to more lifting like this, and I'll report on my experience with that now. Hopefully I'll be able to get sore too.
