Using Forest Prana Pine Pollen Extract Powder

Our recommended method for using extract powders is to mix them with several ounces of warm to hot water, stir until dissolved, and drink in one gulp. To maximize absorption, take this product on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before consuming any other food or drink.

Dosage Guidelines

As a dietary supplement, adults take 841.5 mg (approximately 1.5 scoops) 1 – 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you have any medical conditions or are taking other medications. Dosage can be split into two servings, one in the morning and one in the evening.
