Pine Pollen and Lion's Mane Capsules — RAW and Extracted
This is the product for upgrading the endocrine system and nourishing cognitive and nerve health;
Professionally crafted with our exclusive full potency, full spectrum, unstandardized extracts of Pine Pollen and organic Lion's Mane—then fortified with Mountain Harvest RAW Pine Pollen™;
Pine Pollen the the premier supplement for supporting endocrine system health, containing phyto-androgens to maximize male hormonal health;
Lions' Mane promotes healthy brain function, including the creation of new brain cells (neurons), a processes called neurogenesis, and anti-depressive properties;
Together, these ingredients create a Master Tonic for holistic health and healthy (anti) aging.*
Elevating the body and mind, we have combined our RAW Pine Pollen and Pine Pollen Extract with Lion's Mane Extract, standardized to contain 30% polysaccharides. Pine Pollen is used to energize the endocrine system and Lion's Mane, Hericium erinaceus, is used to support the brain and nervous system. Lion's Mane is leading the way in helping to redefine the scientific understanding of how the brain renews and repairs itself throughout the lifespan and how individual neurons and nerves can heal themselves.
Lion's Mane has been extensively studied for its protective effects against oxidative stress in the brain and its neurotrophic effects upon neurons, promoting both the growth and differentiation of neurons. Pine Pollen is valued because of its living nutrients, enzymes, and coenzymes, and its phytosterols and adaptogenic compounds, including phytoandrogen analogs. We combine the two here to provide a single source for nourishing the body and the brain.
This is an ideal formula for those looking for a full body tonic. The Pine Pollen benefits the body and the Lion’s Mane benefits the mind and nervous system.

Building Materials and the Blue Print
While pro-androgenic and tonic, the real power of Pine Pollen lies in its deep, reparative nutrition. We've been working with Pine Pollen longer than anyone, and the more time that passes—the more experience we have—the more we are convinced that more so than anything else, Pine Pollen is so dramatically regenerative and reparative because of the rich source of nutrients and phyto-androgens it contains.
We know of no other herb or mushroom—or any other compound—that promotes brain and nerve health as Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) does. The polysaccharides and Beta-Glucan (β-Glucan) present in Lion's Mane have been shown to support, in short:
Benefits of Lion's Mane
- Promoting feelings of wellbeing (anti-anxiety and anti-depressive);
- Supports focused relaxation (not sedating, not stimulatory);
- Promoting cognitive function, including neurogenesis (creating new brain cells).
Lion's Mane is providing a blue print for cognitive function. But, we have to ask ourselves why there is such a widespread prevalence of cognitive decline, anxiety, and depression. While incredibly multifaceted and causative, one thread weaves through them all: Nutrition. From micronutrients, vitamins and minerals, to healthy fats, and to the systemtec inflammation due to the modern diet, it is impossible to speak of mental health and cognitive function without also speaking about diet and nutrition.
The Synergy of Pine Pollen and Lion's Mane
The intersection of cognitive and mental health and nutrition is why we do not offer Lion's Mane as a single herb. We find it short sided to supplement only with Lion's Mane—that is, reading the blue prints—without also providing the body with the building blocks it needs to repair and to regenerate. That's where Pine Pollen comes in. Here, we are able to offer the building materials and the blue print.
So while separately, Pine Pollen and Lion's Mane offer many benefits, by combining the two, we are able to create a synergy for prolonged, holistic health.
In China, Lion’s Mane is known as Hóu Tóu GÇ, translating to “Monkey Head Mushroom,” and it is used both as a food and traditional medicine. The main action of Lion’s Mane within Chinese Medicine is that of a tonic, restorative herb. Rather uniquely, Lion’s Mane benefits all of the five internal Yin organs; Heart, Liver, Spleen, Kidney, and Lung.

Pine Pollen and Lion's Mane Extract Capsules
The suggested dosage is 3 capsules, taken twice daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
Our favorite way to use this product is simply to take it with fresh, cool water, and to consume it with food.
A cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture.
For those customers who prefer to rotate their pro-androgenic and tonic herbs, we suggest a schedule of five days on and two days off, or four weeks on and one week off.
Some people have stated that the use of Lion's Mane extract can cause an itchiness of the skin, due to increased Neural Growth Factor (NGF). Precaution should be taken in the case of allergy or allergic symptoms. One case of a probable adverse reaction to Lion's Mane (respiratory distress) has been reported in the literature.

Ever since I started using the Raw Lion's Mane and Pine Pollen Tablets, I have felt more energized, restored, and balanced. I feel that the tablets are deeply nourishing and are helping to correcting any imbalances in my body. All this, while simultaneously working to rebuild my organs to work more optimally.
I also enjoy the fact that they are raw and chewable tablets. The taste is lovely and satisfying!
Overall, I think the product is fantastic and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a potent and nourishing superfood blend to incorporate into their everyday diet.
Been taking about two weeks now and the first thought that comes to mind is that my body doesn't hurt. I'm 63 years old and have bad back along with other physical problems. But now I feel good and move my body and feel good. Along with feeling good I wake up fresh and have the mental energy to take on the day. Us to wake up and mess around getting ready for work, now I'm up and work out before work. Great combination that works really well.
The tablets are a convenient way to get two potent and effective substances any time. Noticed a mood increase as well as feeling in general more alert and sharp. Pine pollen is always a great addition with the bombardment of different estrogens phyto and xeno, its nice to have something to balance that with, as well as the natural "nootropic" benefit of Lion's Mane
