As a dietary supplement, adults take 3 mL (approximately 3 dropperfuls) 1 – 2 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a physician before using any dietary supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a known medical condition.

Directions

At RAW Forest Foods, we recommend using our tinctures by mixing the desired, measured amount with a small amount of water—just an ounce or two—and drinking it in one quick go. We advise against taking tinctures sublingually.

To support absorption, take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after eating or drinking.*

Measuring a Tincture

Tinctures are typically measured in dropperfuls, with one dropperful equaling 1 mL (approximately 30 drops). For accurate dosage:

1. Resist Latency—shake the bottle well immediately before use.
2. Fully squeeze the air out of the rubber bulb.
3. Submerge the dropper tip into the tincture.
4. Release the bulb to draw 1 mL of tincture into the dropper. Even when it contains 1 mL, the dropper may not appear completely full.

Storage

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store at room temperature.
