Traditional Usage
In traditional Austrian medicine, Nettle is used internally, as tea or fresh leaves, to treat the kidneys and urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract, locomotor system, skin, and cardiovascular system. It also was used to treat hemorrhage, influenza, rheumatism, and gout.
In Old English lore, Nettle is one of the nine plants invoked in the pagan Anglo-Saxon Nine Herbs Charm, recorded in the 10th century. Nettle was believed to be a galactagogue, a substance that promotes lactation.
Urtication, or flogging with Nettles, is the process of deliberately applying stinging nettles to the skin to provoke inflammation. This is done as a folk remedy for the treatment of rheumatism.

My all natural anti-aging and fitness stack.
I use this as part of my anti-aging & fitness stack, which is comprised of estrogen detox, pine pollen, nettle root extract, and shilajit. Depending on the day, I add in the pine pollen tincture or the aphrodisiac tincture. Both are good for an extra boost ;-) I have had verifiable testosterone gains from the low 500s to the high 700s with the use only of herbs and nothing synthetic. My free testosterone is high and estrogen is low. More subjectively I am able to work out harder and recover much faster. I also have more energy throughout the day and my co-workers have noticed this. My only complaint with this company that I am not a huge fan of the stand up pouch packaging but I see how the use of the pouches are able to save on packaging and shipping costs, which I greatly appreciate since with this company those savings are passed on to the customers.

Nettle Root Extract
I've been adding Nettle Root Extract from Raw Forest Foods to my daily Pine Pollen Extract for about a month now, and I've been amazed at how much more energy I've been having! I've been using the Pine Pollen for about a year for control of my allergy symptoms, but my energy level had increased only moderately. Since I've added the Nettle Root, not only has my energy levels increased a LOT, but I've found I have a lot more 'motivation' to accomplish things I've been putting off for way too long. We ship most orders (domestic and international) through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and we offer free domestic shipping (within the US) on all retails orders of $49.99 and up—after discounts or promotions. Domestic orders under $49.99 ship for a flat rate of $8.00.
Orders are processed and shipped first thing in the morning, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are picked up from our warehouse before noon, Eastern Standard Time.
